Looking for a place to live came across Desert Sage did a unit walk at the property is kept really well. I really like how spread out the property is where it’s not a ton of people and it seems very private. I work from home so I asked leasing agent, what was the best provider for Internet on the property and they said Cox.

I've lived at this apartment for about 3-4years in 3 different units and I can say without a doubt the new team in the office is so much more amazing then ever expected. Like Christina and Mari and Angelina are great. And the look of the apartments now are so clean with the new maintenance man travis even the pool is now swimable never touched it before this new team.

I have been living here for 2 going onto 3 years and i have absolutely loved it here. I love the management now and how they care for their resident's needs. Past reviews don't do justice because this community is awesome. Family friendly for sure!!!!

It was my first time renting here for my first apartment ever. I’ve had a great experience and staff’s help has helped tremendously. I’ve currently transferred into a new upgraded unit and it just seems my experience just gets better and better. Top rated place to live despite old reviews. Highly suggested and maintained‼️

Wow! Thanks Jake Fields this is a amazing job at Grand Prix Collision Repair body shop. Took my car to be fix from scratch’s and to be painted. They sure did a super great job. I really recommend this place they did it on a week. Friendly and answered all questions awesome work.

The front staff have always been pleasant (Star I'm talking to you!), and the new maintenance man is great! He has addressed and taken care of all of our issues. The layout of our apartment is perfect, and the grounds are typically kept very clean. Never been in the pool, but people seem to enjoy it, and it always looks clean as well. Love that this complex is sort of tucked away, but still close enough to everything someone would need. Rent isn't great (is rent ever great?), but for the space it is worth it. Going on our second year here, and we've always felt safe no matter the time. They don't have a play area for kids, but there is one within walking distance in the neighborhood which we love. We had some spiders when we moved in a year ago, but no other bug problems since then. So happy we found this place. ❤️
