Great new apartment building in West Seattle, there were a few issues (as expected) with the building being brand new, however management fixed them promptly. GREAT location, Safe, Clean and Quiet. Neighbors are chill and the best coffee I have ever had is 5 doors down! Special thanks to Lynnett and Paul for getting me in here and providing a nice home for people.

Moved in here in Dec 2022, the building is extremely clean and up to date, management is responsive friendly and personal. So far the unit we have is lovely, nice neighbors, amenities fit the bill, and can't beat the location being near Safeway, Good Society and Freshy's :)
