My boyfriend and I have had the best experience so far with Lucia Craig Ranch! We just love in the location and the friendliness of management as well as other residents is top notch. The few things we’ve needed maintenance for were responded to promptly and effectively. We especially have had only good experiences with Steven, the manager. We have been really impressed how he seems to personally know all the residents and connects a face to all the online requests. Additionally, all the amenities are well kept up and contribute to the positive experience we’ve had here!

Beautiful club house and complex. The onsite maintenance guys keep the grounds clean and always respond to fix things quickly. I am so happy they have Steven as the manager and things seem to be moving in a positive direction. Steven is phenomenal, he is very kind and always so helpful and is quick to resolve any issues you may have! Would absolutely recommend this community as a future home!
