Service animals will be vetted by our third-party service. Residents are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by an animal. Animals must be vaccinated in accordance with state/local laws. Residents must dispose of waste and observe all leash rules except where specific disability-related accommodations apply. We've been living at Parkside for over 5 years and absolutely LOVE it. Shannon , Brandy, and Matt are so professional, pleasant, helpful, and truly care about the residents. We currently have some personal issues and we need to move from a 3br to a 2br and Shannon and Brandy have worked so hard to make it happen because we want to stay at Parkside . This is a great community and Shannon has went above and beyond trying to accommodate us and make it happen . 😊

Shannon's warm and friendly demeanor always makes interactions a joy. She handles every situation with grace and efficiency, ensuring that residents feel valued and heard. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have significantly enhanced our community's living experience. Brandy consistently goes above and beyond to address any concerns or requests. Her professionalism and quick response time are truly commendable. Whether it's organizing community events or assisting with maintenance issues, Brandy's commitment to our well-being is evident in everything she does. Matt's expertise and reliability are invaluable. He is always ready to lend a helping hand and ensures that the property is well-maintained and in excellent condition. Matt's dedication to his work and his friendly attitude contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere in our complex. Together, Shannon, Brandy, and Matt create an incredible team that truly cares about the residents. Their hard work, friendliness, and professionalism make this apartment complex a wonderful place to call home. Thank you for all that you do!
