I have lived at Magnolia at Lakewood for 4 months I am so happy that I moved here. I am a life long runner so it is absolutely perfect for access to White Rock Lake. It also has easy access to Santa Fe Trails, the beautiful Lakewood homes, Lakewood Hills and Lakewood Country Club. Run, Bike, Walk you have lots of options. Grocery store, shops and many restaurants are all across the street. After my run I cool off in the refreshing pool on property. I recently hosted 30 plus friends at my 70th birthday party in the lovely party room that is available to everyone you lives here. Very friendly neighbors and the property is well maintained. The Maintenance crew are all professional, competent and courteous. Brittany and Amanda that manage this property do an amazing job! Michael

I moved into Magnolia Flats at Lakewood in December of 2023. I have really enjoyed living here. I had many disappointing experiences when searching for a new place to call home. The staff of several other complexes I toured, were ill-prepared, unwelcoming, and lazy. It was very frustrating. I arrived early for my appointment at Magnolia Flats. Amanda greeted me and had everything ready for our appointment. She had written information as well as a video ready for me. She gave me a tour of the property and answered all of my questions. She had a professional attitude and a welcoming, friendly spirit. This experience was so refreshing after all of the other experiences I had at other properties. Brittany and Amanda are both very friendly and helpful. They do a great job at trying to build a community through events and activities. I love my apartment. I am so impressed with the thoughtful design. There are hooks already on the doors in the bathroom/closet area. The kitchen cabinets are tall with adjustable shelves. Every apartment comes with a full size washer/Dryer.(Game changer) The appliances are new and work well. I have a lot of natural light in my apartment which is great for all of my plants. My dog is happy here and we get a lot of exercise walking the hills in the neighborhood behind the property. The property is small and I think that is why I haven't run into too many delivery problems. I haven't needed maintenance service but I have met the maintenance staff. They are friendly and very present on the property. I am so happy with my decision to move here. And, I'm thankful they allowed me to live her. ;)
