So I have lived here about 2 years and management has changed at least a couple times. The current management is by far the best we've had, especially Randy. He's been the most helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring manager I've ever had in any place I've lived. Very attentive and greets you with warmth, always happy to answer questions or concerns. Truly a joy to interact with every time. The maintenance staff is also fantastic, in the past I had issues with the trash valet under previous management when I first moved in but everything has been perfect lately. They are very quick to tackle any maintenance requests as well. Mirtha is especially my favorite! She works so hard and I always pass her by in the mornings when I go for coffee and love chatting with her. She is so sweet and kind, I feel like I've known her my whole life :) 2 years ago I might not have recommended this place, but now I can say with certainty that I feel at home here!

Good: It’s a quiet place to live and the maintenance men are great. Bad: For the monthly rent, it’s not worth living in foul smelling hallways, with tenants with all breed of dogs urinating all over the place, especially the elevators. But far most disrespectful, is the marijuana smells throughout the hallways, elevators and vents. This place is gradually going down. It feels as if I’m paying high end rent and living in the hood and nothing is being done about it.
