Our 2 years at Moment were nothing short of amazing! We looked at many other buildings in Streeterville and Moment had the absolute best amenities and the building is so clean and well kept! The maintenance staff is always available if needed and buzzing around keeping on top of things. Gus and the entire staff are friendly and always so accommodating. The residents are also so friendly! We loved the incredible immunities that Moment had to offer and used them regularly.
Moment will always hold a special place in my heart and I hope to return in the future!
The Moment is truly amazing! We have had the best experience living here. The management team is excellent! They have been so responsive and helpful! We were so impressed with every interaction with Lorelei, Hannah, Aggie, Julie, and Ellen! World class property management! Carlos and Courtney, and all the other friendly concierges, provide the kindest service and the friendliest greetings at the door every day! We lived in 2 different units (upgraded to a 3 bedroom) and both places were SPOTLESS when we moved in. The units are well designed- great use of space, interesting architectural angles, and breathtaking views! Importantly, the units have exceptional sound-proofing. So quiet! The common areas are also so well maintained- always clean! The maintenance staff is also so responsive and skilled! We love all of the amenities- lots of recreational space, the beautiful pool and deck, the huge hot tub, and the modern weight room. Even the parking is spectacular! James was so resourceful and helpful! The residents are wonderful! The nicest people! The Moment is just an extraordinary place to live!
Best building in the neighborhood, and perhaps even the city.
This place was built in 2017. Nothing breaks down. On the rare occasion it does, we put in a maintenance request and they are knocking on the door within minutes to hours at the most.
2 weeks back our dishwasher had an unusual situation where a piece of plastic fell through onto the heating element and started to smoke.
Sam and Stephon followed me up immediately and resolve it in about 5 minutes flat.
Sebastian fixed our shades and the lock on our terrance door within an hour of the request and it took him about 10 minutes. I had tried for a few weeks and couldn't figure it out.
Shavon, Courtney, and Carlos at the front desk always greet you with a smile.
Hannah, Julie, and the rest of the leasing staff are always responsive, helpful, and polite, despite my myriad requests, and my merry-go round of unit transfers within the building :).
The amenities are wild. Huge hot tub open year round, rarely at capacity. Half the year the wall of windows is open. You are basically outside but covered in shade, and you get a nice breeze coming off the lake. Can stay in there for an hour+ and not overheat. On the rare occasion it closed (probably less than 5 days total during our 2 years here), management provided timely updates on the repairs. Steam room and dry sauna in each locker-room.
The only rooftop pool in Streeterville, with panoramic lake views. Doesn’t get as crowded as you would think, except maybe a couple weekends in July where it can be a bit of a party vibe, but the residents are generally a classy bunch.
Value for the neighborhood is unmatched. Could easily be priced closer to One Bennet Park. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save $300 bucks/month to live elsewhere. The quality declines precipitously.
The only reason we are leaving is to cut down on my wife’s commute, but our 2 years here were great!

We love the Moment! From the first day we arrived, we called this place home. The amenities are very well maintained, clean, and the staff are by far the best in Chicago. I would highly recommend Moment if you want the finest. The location and accessibility is perfect. The views are spectacular, and the architecture was very well thought out. We love it here if you can't tell by the photos I enjoy taking.

I just recently moved into Moment and I am so happy I chose this beautiful place as my new home! There are so many benefits to living here… The apartments are clean, the views are stunning, amenities are top notch… but the best part has been the wonderful management and concierge staff. They are all so welcoming and quick to help with whatever is needed! Special shout out to Hannah, Kenny, and Carlos for being so amazing!

I lived here for almost a year and if it wasn’t because I had to move to another state due to my work, I would have renewed my lease.
Everything at Moment is amazing! Very friendly neighbors, my apartment was perfect, had tons of light, The amenities are very well maintained, clean, and Gus and the rest of the staff at the leasing office are the best!!! They went above and beyond to help me move out in the middle of the pandemic! The location is perfect! If you are looking for a place to call home don’t hesitate and move in here!!! I lived 2 years at 500 north before moving to Moment, and I preferred Moment way better!
I love living here, this building is beautiful, great facilities, and amazing staff. I have lived here for almost 2 years and this is by far my favorite living experience in an apartment. I have used the 9th floor for parties and its gorgeous view and well maintained area makes for an incredible space. As far as the apartment, it is quiet and I have never heard my neighbors or any loud noises. The view is gorgeous and the floor to ceiling windows bring in so much light and make the mornings glow and night views look stunning.
