Jose, Raul and Raphael are some of the best maintenance men I have ever had at a complex this large. I submit tickets and within an hour they are at my house ready to help. They’re the kindest guys around. They love my girls and frequently will stop their golf carts to say hello and give them pets. I truly appreciate their attention to details, quick responses and love they give to my girls. I feel super safe with them in my apartment when they’ve come to fix things which hasn’t been often!!

Jose, service manager has excellent customer service. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Jose have made so many positive changes here at century hill south! He has been on top all of the maintenance orders and ensure the property is up to par. He has ensured that my kitchen flooring was completed correctly and done within short period of time. As soon as I put in a maintenance order, it is completed the same day. My window cracked during the hail storm. Jose ensured it was fixed the same week. I asked for maintenance to fix the splash padded and guess what? The splash padded is up and running! We can’t wait until it gets hot to use the splash padded. Rahul has been so nice and friendly. He is always smiling and so cheerful. My a/c stopped working on a Sunday. I called the maintenance hotline. Rahaul was here within the next hour to fix my a/c. He is my favorite maintenance guy! All of the maintenance guys have provided excellent customer service. I have been living in century hill South for 9 months it has been a great experience. Thank you maintenance staff for all you do. I want you to know y’all are appreciated!

John is a great service guy we been waiting 4 days for a service request we submitted and they didnt send anyone. I saw john and ask him and he got it done in 5 mins how is supposed to be. Thank you

Thank you so much Jose for fixing my garbage disposal I had one of your other maintenance guy come and take a look at it but never fixed it issue. Jose is super nice and gets his job done. Keep doing what you do to keep our community clean and happy

Miranda has made my grandmothers experience amazing and very effortless from the application process to getting her move in date and she was always on top of everything always updating us and informing us of everything we could possibly need getting settled in and was very welcoming from the very begging to end I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience!
