The Villa Parada apartment complex has been owned and managed by the same company since 1977, providing well maintained complex and great onsite management. Here you can experience the finest of Old Englewood in a location that provides you quick access to escape to the Colorado Mountains via 285, and entertainment, shopping and culture along Broadway. We are located near the River Point Shopping center with is anchored by Target and Costco and near the South Elati Street and Englewood Parkway Light Rail station is just a 9 minute walk away, less then 0.4 miles, making access to your home easy. Set back just a few blocks from all this hustle is our quite 1.13 acre, 66 unit complex. The Villa Parada provides a mix of one bedroom / one bath and two bedrooms / two bath. On average our 1 bedrooms are 675 square feet and our 2 bedrooms are about 850 square feet. Each Unit features a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, self cleaning oven, individually controlled forced air furnace with integral air conditioning and Individual water heaters. Our complex offers on-site storage units and off-street assigned parking for a monthly rate and is surrounded by ample side street parking. We have two on-site laundry rooms, and open BBQ areas. We allow Indoor Cats, 60-gallon Aquarium with Fish, Hamster, Gerbil, Guinea Pig, Birds, Lizards. Pet Application must be completed prior to any animal residing on premise. Pet Fees are as follows: $10 Application Fee, $200 Pet Security Deposit, $20 Pet Rent applicable for Cats only. Please request Pet Application / Policy for more details. We charge a $40 non-refundable application fee, which covers a credit and background check. Tenants are responsible for Electricity, Cable, Internet and Phone. Included in rent is gas, trash, water and sewage.

Villa Parada is a great place to live. The maintenance and management are friendly and responsive. Any repairs I needed, they were happy to help. The landscaping has beautiful flowers during the spring and summer. Overall, it was a good experience with nice neighbors and friendly staff.
