I ’ve been living here for 5 years. All maintenance issues were always resolved promptly. The office staff are always very welcoming & helpful. Beautiful office area & pool/spa. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an apartment near Dallas.

I stayed over here for 9 years, and even though most will say it's not an upscale property, my two bedrooms were very spacious, and I never had any major problems. I absolutely loved the maintenance crew, and Ruby was always good to me. She definitely looked out for me, and anytime I brought anything to her attention, it was addressed immediately. I miss her, but it was time for my next chapter. Thank you for going above and beyond for me. 😘
