I've lived in the Prime for a few years now, and my experiences with the building and the staff have been excellent. The leasing office staff are all professional, helpful, and very friendly, and are a class above any other leasing office I've worked with. The concierge staff all make a point to be friendly, especially Noble, the evening concierge. The apartments are very nice, with very good floorplans (especially the kitchens, which have nice peninsulas), excellent hardwood (a feature I didn't find in any other building in the area), and great views if you're on the East side of the building. Overall, I highly recommend looking at the Prime if you're considering moving to the area!
I really loved living at Prime to be closer to my summer internship. The location is superb, close walking distance to both Court House and Rosslyn metros, with grocery stores about a 15 minute walk away. The amenities are complete as well with a 24-hour gym and desk work space. Service has always been prompt here, whether it was getting my gas pipes fixed or water temperature checked. My leasing consultant Safiya has been very helpful in helping me navigate the lease, move out, and answering any general questions. I've felt really comfortable living here the past few months!
This is the 3rd Equity community I've lived at so far, and I must say that The Prime has been the best thus far. The location is perfect, it's newer and the space is amazing throughout the entire apartment, especially the cabinet space inside of the kitchen. The office team is amazing as well from the two leasing consultants Helena and Julian, down to the Community Manager Kendra. I haven't had a need to put in any service request, but I've saw the maintenance team on the go and I'm sure they're nothing but perfect. I'm already considering renewing my lease again and I still have 9 more months to go before the offer comes. I highly recommend The Prime to live at.

The Prime has been a great place to live! The folks running the day to day (concierge, maintenance, front office, etc.) have all been excellent and always very friendly. I've really enjoyed my experience living here the last 2 years.

Love living here. The apartments are incredible spacious, the staff and other tenants are friendly. The building is quite active regardless is always quiet. Great facilities and walkable to many shops and public transportation. The maintenance team is great, always attending issues in a timely and friendly manner, kudos to Tariku and Kona for always willing to help around.
I didn’t lease an apartment here as it was a little far from my place of study/work. But the place is great. Specially my leasing consultant Shaneka McCray was extremely supportive. She explained all the aspects clearly and was extremely patient to all my questions.

The living experience at Prime Courthouse is truly wonderful. All my experiences at Prime have been great, but I'd like to specifically give a shout out to the fantastic concierge staff. Not only are they incredibly friendly, exceptionally helpful, and a pleasure to come home to, but they constantly go above and beyond for their residents. For example, the other day my smoke detector started making a high pitched ring. I submitted a work request, fully expecting maintenance staff to address it the next morning since I made my request in the evening. To my pleasant surprise, I hear a knock on my door shortly thereafter and the front desk concierge was at my doorstep asking if I'd like him to try to stop the ringing. Within a few minutes he had managed to save me from an entire evening of annoying ringing in my apartment. The next day, the maintenance staff followed up and replaced the smoke detector so the problem wouldn't occur again. The staff here is wonderful. Location is wonderful. Interior of the apartment is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Moving into the Prime was an amazing experience. All of our needs were catered to, our apartment was clean and ready to go when we moved in and the leasing staff was amazing to work with. Shaneka was SO easy to communicate with via email and so each to reach via phone!
