2 bedroom, 1 bath is very spacious and affordable. The staff is always professional and kind and yes, the kitchen cabinets may be outdated, but it’s a very functional kitchen and if you want the granite/nice cabinets, you will pay a premium price at another complex in the area. I have been here a year and they did not jack my rent at renewal, which is very common in any Norcross complex that are undergoing “renovations” = “jacked up rent”. It’s quiet, the office let’s you live your life and there are a lot of young families just starting out and I am a single older woman and feel very safe here. This property was built in 1999, most complexes here that have been “updated” are from the 60’s and 70’s and just because they remodeled, command a premium rate. That is not right to me, you can do a facelift but it’s the same “old” property!

Wonderful rental office management Juan Teressa and Josie make sure that their tenants are comfortable and have a pleasant and affordable place to live and the community is kept quiet and nice I would leave 1000 stars if I could
