Two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished and equipped to make you feel right at home, Enjoy the natural surroundings as you take in the view of the golf course view. Condo will sleep four with twins in guest bedroom and king bed in master. Ample seating with sofa and love seat. There's a brand new large flat screen TV in living room for all to enjoy as well as a TV in each bedroom. There's also a brand new washer and dryer in condo. Free Wifi and cable television provided. The owner has paid special attention to a good night's sleep. Comfortable bedding with extra cushion toppers on mattresses, hypo allergic bedding encasements in addition to premium quality mattress pads. Pillows are "natural bamboo" for extra comfort. Stylish decor inside allows guests to enjoy just staying "home" if desired but the location makes for an easy ride (10-15 minutes) to almost all of Myrtle Beach's many venues. Away from the hustle and bustle when you want to be. Second floor end unit provides more natural light and air flow. Ceiling fans throughout. Large screened porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The WiFi has been upgraded to 75% FASTER then standard speed for HTC's "superfast". So you can now get your work done sooner, even with the rest of the family using multiple devices, Amenities include a large pool, plenty of lounging deck, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, pool house with vending machines and picnic area for guests use. Charcoal grills through out community and larger grill and picnic tables are for guest use just outside pool area. On premise security and parking passes provided. $1,200/month plus electricity. Rent includes WiFi, cable, water/sewer, pest control, trash and use of the amenities. Application process includes income/employment verification that will need to show at least $30,500 per year combined income, background check and a passing credit score.
